Responsibilities
- Tackle hands-on, repetitive operational tasks that keep things running smoothly, requiring attention to detail, persistence, and execution-focused problem-solving.
- Refine workflows, improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and introduce new tools to boost efficiency.
- Act as the driving force behind cross-team synergy, ensuring seamless alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Design processes that keep things moving while maintaining flexibility and consistency.
- Define, track and analyze key metrics to measure impact and optimize processes.
- Support strategic initiatives like internal growth projects.
- Work on big-picture challenges—identify problems, develop solutions, and implement change.
- Build and maintain workflows, documentation, and internal tools to support the team.
Requirements
- Extremely driven and ambitious individual.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take ownership of projects.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
